Job Description:
· Demonstrates thorough proficiency in the operation & maintenance of various air- conditioning/mechanical plants & auxiliary equipment as per design specifications & technical standards.
· Supervises & attends to the day to day activities including remote station attendance & call-out duties to ensure efficient servicing of all systems & equipment in assigned locations.
· Supports & implements standard practices in the Region to ensure compliance with prescribed procedures, guidelines & safety standards.
· Interfaces closely with Engineering personnel from various sections in order to effectively address/resolve complaints related to systems or equipment maintenance.
· Informs superior of significant events & work concerns & follows-up accordingly as required
