Required Qualities:
- Basic Hardware and Network Support
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook..)
- Works with Help desk support software.
- Answer calls or tickets to support end users with hardware, software, and networking.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions.
- Escalate major issues to IT Manager and follow up the same
