Job Description:
· Oversees the effective implementation of computerized preventive maintenance, energy management, time and holiday scheduling programs as per maintenance standards of the Region
· Liaises with relevant Engineering Sections for timely and efficient service maintenance of all computerized building systems in the Region
· Interfaces effectively with all accredited suppliers & contractors on project works related to the installation of the Remote Access Control System & Alarm Monitoring System as required
· Monitors the reporting of malfunctions and determines appropriate decision/action
· Oversees the analysis of trends/data/statistics and maintenance of Unit records/files and determines corrective/strategic initiatives based on developed reports
· Monitors the operations of the section to ensure quality service and achievement of performance goals
· Monitors eFacility Management safety & security standards & measures are continually met in order to ensure compliance with Corporation policies & directives
General Duties:
· Arranges and monitors effectiveness of occupational safety programs in order to instill safety consciousness among personnel in the Region.
· Inspects buildings, sites and premises regularly in order to monitor compliance with safety standards and security procedures of Etisalat
· Examines and scrutinizes all safety and security materials and equipment to ascertain that these are in good working condition and conform to international safety standards.
· Provides professional direction to subordinates evaluates their performance & carries out necessary counseling to ensure acceptable level of performance.
· Performs any other related duties as required.
· Provides inputs in the preparation of the annual Manpower, Admin. Capital Budgets as required
