Procurement Coordinator | Al Rostamani Holding Co. L.L.C. - United Arab Emirates




JOB PURPOSE

Ensure that the IT purchase activities are placed as per procedural manner. Maintain the optimum inventory. Update the IT assest records.

PROCUREMENT

  • Process GIT procurement activities as per the standard process of group IT department
  • Coordinate with IT team and end users to identify accurate specification for requested items
  • Receive invoices and validate delivery for payment processing.
  • Check that all forms and documents are completed and necessary approvals obtained from management.
  • Archiving all forms and documents electronically and physically as per group IT department standard

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Deliver validate and store all procured equipment as per the standard process of group IT department in ARG
  • Dispatch IT equipment from stores as per the standard process of group IT department in ARG
  • Control IT inventory and ensure proper and organized storage of items
  • Maintain stock register i.e. entering inward and outward, make transfer of assets.
  • Manage store in terms of security, space utilization and material organizations

ASSETS MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain the information of all IT assets within the group as per IT assets management guide lines in ARG
  • Survey end user satisfaction for newly delivered items

REQUIRES SKILLS
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience IT hardware or Electronics inventory;
  • English Speaking
  • Communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Computer knowledge;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Document control
