Wanted Administration Assistant

Company: Abu Dhabi Government Company.Our client is a leading Government organisation based in Abu Dhabi and we are recruiting for an experienced administration who has a stable work history in administration to support a busy department.

Requirements: 


  • Candidates must have worked in the UAE in large organisations.
  • Candidates Must have a stabel work Histroy
  • Candidates must be living in Abu Dhabi 
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in general administration, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Excellent MS Office skills including PowerPoint and the ability to create graphic presentations
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Aged between 25 – 30 years
  • Minimum requirement is a Diploma in Business Administration

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administration support on technical correspondence and documentation
  • Database management and record keeping
  • Organizing meetings and events, diary management and travel arrangements
