"Trainee IT Department REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Client Management · Manages day-to-day internal client interaction (HQ & Stores) · Manages internal client expectations in a formally organized manner. · Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate Solutions. · Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction. Help Desk, Support and Maintenance Administration · Responds to escalated IT service Desk and Sesame issues or diverts them to the European Support. Coordinate between the different IT entities. Teams and/or the Service Providers. · Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. Internal Systems and Network · Assists in the implementation and the changes to the Country infrastructure. · Oversees network security and the respect of the rules as established by corporate Organization · Suggests to the manager improvements in all areas of IT responsibility. · Serves as a backup of contact on all IT-related matters. · Responds/acts on upper-management direction. · Helps in building up standards for gathering information for use in analysis and Reports
