Wanted Marketing & Administration Assistant

Job Title:  Marketing & Administration Assistant
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: A leading global manufacturer and distributor of products used in construction seeking a Marketing and Administration Assistant to report directly to Regional Director and General Manager essential to responsible to support the local senior management with these major tasks:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent comparable work experience) is required, with preference given to those with a business administration / marketing or architectural / design background. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, working in an office administration environment or working for marketing & advertising or hospitality companies. 
  • Secretarial, office management, administration and organizational skills, as well as, or skills and experience in working with international marketing and advertisement companies or departments. 
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken). 
  • Arab or German language skills would be a plus. 
  • Prior experience in the building sector or working for marketing / advertisement industry or international architecture, interior design or the hospitality segment a plus. 
  • The position is open to all nationalities (with a preference for British, German, Central European nationalities)
Job Role:
  1. Business / Secretarial Support & Administration support  
  2. Supporting especially the local business development, sales and specification team with market intelligence, CRM, project tracking and marketing support, as exhibition management, organizing of local marketing and advertising campaigns, sourcing and supplying of adequate marketing and sales material. 
  3. Traffic management and marketing assistance for new initiatives, as developing for example a new localized hospitality
