Job Description:
· Demonstrates proficiency relating to Civil Construction/Building Maintenance tasks in the assigned sites as per Etisalat procedures, practices & quality standards.
· Provides continuous site supervision & checks the quantity, quality and work.
· Liaises with Municipal Officers and Town Planners to obtain building permits, land acquisitions and clearances.
· Controls the issue and utilization of construction/maintenance stores, spares, mechanical aids and other resources.
· Supervises and controls the day-to-day functions and ensures effective deployment & utilization of various tradesmen (Carpenters, Masons etc.).
· Ensures safe, secure and orderly site management.
