"Trainee IT Department REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Client Management ยท Manages day-to-day internal client interaction (HQ & Stores) ยท Manages internal client expectations in a formally organized manner. ยท Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate Solutions. ยท Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction. Help Desk, Support and Maintenance Administration ยท Responds to escalated IT service Desk and Sesame issues or diverts them to the European Support. Coordinate between the different IT entities. Teams and/or the Service Providers. ยท Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
